国内对法制环境的定量分析还是一个空白,本文借助于IMD(瑞士洛桑管理学院)1994￣2006年年鉴数据来研究我国法制环境的国际竞争力,按照法制环境可能产生的影响选取变量,既考虑立法情况也考虑执法绩效,既考虑硬数据也考虑软数据,同时考虑背景指标和逆指标数据(即分值越小越好),共分为四个方面来研究。
The domestic quantitative analysis of the legal environment is still a blank.
