对化学诱变剂EMS处理花生所获得的高世代品系的研究发现,处理后代荚果和种子外观性状与内在品质性状均出现明显变异。种子蛋白质含量和油份含量最高可分别提高3和5个百分点,油亚比最高可提高0.79。表明花生品质遗传改良中EMS具有一定的应用潜力。
Studies on the high-generation lines obtained by chemical mutagens EMS treatment of peanuts found that significant changes were observed in the appearance and internal quality traits of pods and seeds after treatment. Seed protein content and oil content can be increased by up to 3 and 5 percentage points, respectively, up to 0.79. That genetic improvement of peanut quality EMS has some potential applications.
