为确定GH4738合金盘锻件合理的锻前加热工艺及锻造温度,本文研究了GH4738合金棒材在不同加热温度下的晶粒长大行为及相的回溶规律;并确定了合金在不同锻造温度下的热塑性。结果表明:为得到细晶组织的盘锻件,并保证锻造时锻件不开裂,锻造温度应选择在1040℃~1140℃,并尽量靠近低限。锻前加热时在1020℃添加保温台阶可以避免锻件小变形区出现大晶或混晶现象。
In order to determine the reasonable forging heating process and forging temperature of GH4738 alloy plate forging, the grain growth behavior and phase dissolution of GH4738 alloy bar at different heating temperatures were studied.
