目的:建立同时测定齿叶白鹃梅叶子中芹菜素-7-O-β-D-新橙皮糖苷和芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量的HPLC法。方法:采用Topsil C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-2%醋酸水溶液(23∶77),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长267 nm。结果:芹菜素-7-O-β-D-新橙皮糖苷和芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的线性范围分别为1.424~8.544μg(r=0.9996)和0.17~1.02μg(r=0.9995);平均回收率(n=6)分别为103.0%(RSD=2.2%)和100.4%(RSD=2.1%)。结论:该方法准确、可靠,可用于齿叶白鹃梅叶子的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of the content of apigenin-7-O-β-D-neohesperidin and apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside in leaves of Rhododendron odoratum. Method: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-2% acetic acid (23:77) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1 at a detection wavelength of 267 nm using a Topsil C18 column (5 μm, 4.6 mm × 250 mm) Results: The linear ranges of apigenin-7-O-β-D-neohesperidin and apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside were 1.424-8.544μg (r = 0.9996) and 0.17-1.02μg (r = 0.9995). The average recoveries (n = 6) were 103.0% (RSD = 2.2%) and 100.4% (RSD = 2.1%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable and can be used for quality control of leaves of Rhododendron odoratum.
