以4,6-二甲基香豆素为原料,通过Wittig反应引入苯环延长其电子共轭体系,再经N-溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBS)溴代,然后与二乙醇胺反应、乙酰氯酯化得到一种新型的苯乙烯基氨甲基香豆素衍生物4-[trans-4-(甲酸甲酯)-苯乙烯基]-6-[二(2-乙酰氧乙基)氨甲基]-香豆素(TSAC),并对其结构进行了核磁表征.通过紫外和荧光分光光度法研究了它与金属离子的相互作用,结果表明TSAC对Fe3+有选择性识别的性能.
Using 4,6-dimethylcoumarin as raw material, the benzene ring is introduced into Wittig reaction to extend the electron conjugated system, then brominated with N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) and then reacted with diethanolamine, Acetyl chloride was esterified to give a new styryl aminomethylcoumarin derivative, 4- [trans-4- (methyl formate) -styryl] -6- [bis (2- acetoxyethyl) Aminomethyl] -coumarin (TSAC) was synthesized and its structure was characterized by 1H-NMR. The interaction between TSAC and metal ions was studied by ultraviolet and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that TSAC could selectively recognize Fe3 +.
