基于计算机仿真的Zn合金薄壁铸件充型过程分析及优化

利用计算机仿真软件模拟Zn合金铸件的充型过程;发现内浇道对合金液流态、充型顺序产生直接影响。根据仿真结果,对原浇注方案进行改进;经实践验证,以优化后的工艺方案制备Zn合金薄壁铸件;铸件气泡、流痕等缺陷消除。计算机仿真可准确预测铸造缺陷的形成部位;为工艺方案的优化提供参考依据。 The computer simulation software was used to simulate the filling process of Zn alloy castings. It was found that the runner had a direct influence on the liquid flow and filling sequence of the alloy. According to the simulation result, the original pouring scheme is improved; the Zn alloy thin-walled castings are prepared by the optimized process scheme after the practice verification; the defects such as air bubbles and flow marks are eliminated. Computer simulation can accurately predict the formation of casting defects; provide a reference for the optimization of process options.
