通过同伴互助促进农村教师的专业发展已得到大家的一致认可。然而,当前农村学校推进同伴互助过程中遭遇诸多困境:学校规模日益缩小,教师数量锐减;同伴互助缺乏专家引领;教师队伍老龄化严重等问题。有效推进农村学校同伴互助,必须建设一支稳定、结构优化的师资队伍;创新举措确保同伴互助活动的专家引领;积极营造农村学校良好的专业生态。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》明确指出,以农村教师为重点,提高中小学教师队伍
It has been unanimously approved by all of us to promote the professional development of rural teachers through the mutual aid of peers. However, there are many difficulties in promoting mutual aid among rural students in current rural schools: the scale of schools is shrinking, the number of teachers is drastically reduced, the lack of expert guidance by peer supporters, and the aging of teaching staff are all serious problems.
