60例晚期肺癌,分为治疗组和非治疗组。治疗组1年生存率45.8％,平均生存期10.4个月,非治疗组分别为8.3％和3.1个月,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗缓解者1年生存率为76.9％,平均生存期15个月,治疗未缓解者分别为0和4个月,两者相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。因此化疗对晚期肺癌有一定的疗效,首程化疗的效果对判定预后有一定的意义。
Sixty patients with advanced lung cancer were divided into treatment group and non-treatment group. The one-year survival rate in the treatment group was 45.8%, the average survival time was 10.4 months, and the non-treatment group was 8.3% and 3.1 months respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The 1-year survival rate was 76.9% for the remission patients, and the average survival time was 15 months. The patients who did not respond to remission were 0 and 4 months respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Therefore, chemotherapy has a certain effect on advanced lung cancer. The effect of first-course chemotherapy has certain significance on determining prognosis.
