本文通过双螺杆挤出机熔融共混制备了高熔点的间规聚苯乙烯(s PS)/聚苯硫醚(PPS)共混物,还进一步加入碳纳米管(CNT)来改善s PS/PPS(80/20)共混物中两组分的界面粘结和相容性,获得s PS/PPS/CNT多元复合材料。研究了sPS/PPS/CNT复合材料的结晶熔融行为、微观形貌、力学性能和电性能。
In this paper, high-melting syndiotactic polystyrene (PSPS) / polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) blends were prepared by melt blending with a twin-screw extruder. CNTs were further added to improve the s PS / PPS (80/20) blend of two components in the interfacial adhesion and compatibility, to obtain s PS / PPS / CNT composite multi-component. The melt behavior, microstructure, mechanical properties and electrical properties of sPS / PPS / CNT composites were investigated.
