针对轧制H型钢过程中易出现产品缺陷等问题,应用有限元软件(MARC)的二次开发技术建立了H型钢的轧制模型,模拟了轧制过程。给出了H型钢的腹板、翼缘及其交界区3点在轧制过程中的应力及金属流动变化情况。结果表明,轧件出口后轧制断面上轧制方向的残余应力是造成H型钢腹板屈曲及其他缺陷的主要原因
Aiming at the problems such as product defects easily appeared in the process of rolling H-beam, the rolling model of H-beam was established by the secondary development of finite element software (MARC), and the rolling process was simulated. The stress and metal flow variation of H-section steel webs, flanges and junction at 3 points during rolling are presented. The results show that the residual stress in the rolling direction on the rolled section after rolling is the main reason for the buckling and other defects of the H-section web
