针对窄带数字网络中传输传统语音业务的质量和实时性问题 ,提出了一种在数字数据网络 (digital data net-work,DDN)专线上传输高质量语音和传真的解决方案。该方案有效地解决了窄带网络中实时业务接入的质量保证问题 ,并有良好的可扩展性。分析了该方案的组成、算法原理。特别在同步捕捉方面 ,提出了一种简单可靠的算法。通过对捕捉时间 ,保持时间 ,误同步概率和误失步概率等性能指标的分析 ,证明了该算法的优越性。实际测试表明 :该方案有良好的业务质量和稳定性 ,适合于企业级的综合业务接入 ,并且可以方便地移植到其他 Vo IP(voice over IP)的应用中。
In order to solve the problem of quality and real-time transmission of traditional voice service in narrowband digital network, a solution to transmit high quality voice and fax on digital data net-work (DDN) leased line is proposed. The scheme effectively solves the quality assurance problem of real-time service access in narrowband networks and has good scalability. The composition of the scheme and algorithm principle are analyzed. Especially in the synchronization capture, a simple and reliable algorithm is proposed. Through the analysis of performance indexes such as capture time, hold time, false synchronization probability and error step probability, the superiority of this algorithm is proved. The actual tests show that the solution has good service quality and stability, is suitable for enterprise-level integrated service access, and can be easily ported to other Vo IP (voice over IP) applications.
