文化创意产业对我国艺术人才的创造力和人才结构等问题提出了新的要求。在文化创意产业的视野中,我国艺术人才的培养存在着培养目标上不重视创造力、培养模式上过于专业化和人才评价过程中过于精英化等问题。只有重视文化创意产业中艺术人才与经营人才之间的关系,强化创造力和复合型人才的培养,改进艺术家的评价模式,才能解决文化创意产业的人才困境。
Cultural and creative industries put forward new requirements on the creativity and talent structure of our country’s art talents. In the field of cultural and creative industries, there are some problems in cultivating the art talents in our country, such as neglecting creativity in training objectives, over-specialization in training mode and over-elite in talent appraising. Only by paying attention to the relationship between artistic talents and business professionals in the cultural and creative industries, strengthening the creativity and the cultivation of compound talents and improving the evaluation models of artists can we solve the talent predicament in cultural and creative industries.
