《中华人民共和国城市规划法》实施九年来,北京的城市建设取得了很大的成绩,同时也逐步走上了有法可依、科学管理的轨道。城市规划涉及方方面面,与城市中的每个部门、每个单位乃至千家万户都有直接的关系。为此,北京市城市规划管理局借今年规划法宣传之机,编印了《规划管理知识问答》,从本期起我刊将分期转载。希望广大干部和市民都能知法、懂法、自觉地依法办事,从而把我们的城市建设得更加美好。 Since the implementation of the “Urban City Planning Law of the People’s Republic of China” in the past nine years, Beijing has made great achievements in urban construction, and it has gradually embarked on the track of having laws and relying on scientific management. Urban planning involves all aspects and has a direct relationship with every department, every unit and even thousands of households in the city. To this end, the Beijing Urban Planning Administration, by means of this year’s planning law propaganda machine, printed a “Q&A for Planning Management”. From this period onwards, our journal will be reproduced in stages. We hope that the majority of cadres and citizens will know the law, understand the law, and consciously act according to the law, thus building a better city for us.
