职业教育发展动力是指推动职业教育发展的各种力量。通过对2001年至2010年北京职业教育发展历史的实证分析表明,职业教育发展动力本身是一个复杂的系统。北京职业教育发展动力既来自于外部两端的市场需求压力,也来自于内部改革带来的活力和教育及财政政策的推动力。未来一段时期,职业教育发展动力形式可能会发生变化,职业教育发展方式将在继承和转变并存的态势中得到优化。
The driving force for the development of vocational education refers to various forces that promote the development of vocational education. Through the empirical analysis of the history of Beijing’s vocational education from 2001 to 2010, it shows that the driving force of vocational education itself is a complex system. The driving force for the development of vocational education in Beijing comes not only from the pressure of market demand at both ends but also from the vitality brought about by internal reforms and the driving force of education and fiscal policies. In the future period, the form of motivation for the development of vocational education may change, and the mode of development of vocational education will be optimized in the situation of inheritance and transformation.
