抗血吸虫新药硝硫氰胺对日本血吸虫病有较好疗效,但也存在一定的不良反应,尤以对肝脏和神经系统的不良反应为突出。曾有内部资料报道硝硫氰胺能增强戊巴比妥对大鼠和小鼠的催眠作用,并推测硝硫氰胺降低肝脏解毒功能,减慢戊巴比妥生物转化可能是其原因之一。但未见对戊巴比妥催眠作用影响的详细研究,及对戊巴比妥生物转化影响的直接研究报道。国外有文献报告,化学结构上也含有异硫氰基的α—异硝硫氰基萘(ANIT)可长戊巴比妥催眠时间,并证明ANIT对肝药酶的抑制效应是其原因。也有文献报道,感染血吸虫的动物肝药酶活性明显下降。因此本文研究了1、硝硫氰胺对戊巴比妥催眠作用的影响及
