d UTPase是生物体遗传和基因复制的重要水解酶 ,它可以防止 d UTP在 DNA合成中的插入和错配 ,维持 DNA复制的保真性和降低生物体发生突变的频率 ;同时还为 DNA的合成提供必需的原料。对于慢性病毒来说 ,它还是构成病毒毒力及病毒高效复制的因素。因此 ,d UTPase可用于抗肿瘤细胞和抗病毒药物的筛选。本文对 d UTPase的分布和进化关系、结构与功能的研究进展进行了概述。
