以人性化管理为平台,塑造铁路民警新形象是以人为本理念在公安队伍管理中的具体体现。西安西站公安派出所在这方面进行了有益的探索,其具体做法:一是坚持“三不”(乡情不讲、面情不看、人情不给),制度面前人人平等。二是践行“三心”(政治上关心、生活上贴心、思想上细心),制度无情人有情。三是牢记根本,领导干部率先垂范,认真实施民主管理。
