目的:观察地佐辛在小儿腹腔镜手术七氟醚全凭吸入麻醉时的作用。方法:选择40例择期行小儿腹腔镜手术患儿,随机分为地佐辛组(D组)和空白对照组(B组),均实施七氟醚全凭吸入麻醉,在气管插管前10分钟和拔管前15分钟静脉分别注射地佐辛(D组)、生理盐水(B组)。观察两组插管前后和拔管前后的HR、MAP变化和术后苏醒情况。结果:2组均能顺利完成手术麻醉,D组HR、MAP在插管前后、拔管前后变化均较T组小(P<0.05),2组的自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),D组苏醒期躁动较B组少(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛能有效减少七氟醚全凭吸入麻醉插管期和苏醒拔管期循环波动的影响及术后躁动的发生而不影响术后苏醒。
Objective: To observe the effect of dezocine anesthesia in children undergoing laparoscopic sevoflurane inhalation alone. Methods: Forty children with elective laparoscopic surgery undergoing pediatric laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into dezocine group (D group) and blank control group (B group). All patients were anesthetized with sevoflurane, Dezocine (group D) and saline (group B) were injected intravenously 15 minutes before the extubation and intravenous injection respectively. The changes of HR, MAP before and after intubation and before and after extubation were observed and the postoperative recovery was observed. Results: The anesthesia was successfully completed in both groups. The changes of HR and MAP in group D before and after intubation were lower than those in group T (P <0.05). The difference of spontaneous respiration time and extubation time between two groups Statistical significance (P> 0.05), D group wakefulness less agitation than the B group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Dezocine can effectively reduce the effects of sevoflurane anesthesia during intubation and revascularization cycles and postoperative agitation without affecting postoperative recovery.
