女性尿道外口息肉多见,但发生于尿道内口者罕见。我院自1990年以来共诊治5例尿道内口炎性息肉而致血尿的女性患者,报告如下。本组5例,年龄38～50岁。均以间歇性肉眼血尿为主要症状。无尿频、尿急及尿痛。其中4例血尿出现于性交或用力后,伴下腹胀痛。病程5个月至4年。尿常规检查RBC+～++++/HP。WBC 0～+/HP。1例尿培养有大肠埃希菌生长。5例均摄尿路平片,
