食品专业严峻的就业形势对校企合作提出新的要求。深化校企合作,需要行业协会、企业与学校联合成立校企合作理事会,为培养符合岗位需求的应用技术型人才提供制度保障。笔者分析了影响独立学院食品类毕业生就业的因素,研究了在校企合作理事会的制度保障下,从培养定位、教学内容、教学方法等方面提高毕业生就业竞争力的路径。
Food professional grim employment situation on the school-enterprise cooperation put forward new requirements. Deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises requires that industry associations, enterprises and schools jointly establish a school-enterprise cooperation council, and provide institutional guarantees for the training of skilled personnel applying for jobs. The author analyzes the factors affecting the employment of food graduates in Independent College and studies the ways to improve the employment competitiveness of graduates from the aspects of training orientation, teaching content and teaching methods under the institutional guarantee of the school-enterprise cooperation council.
