目前,在高层和多层结构施工中,柱筋通常按层配制、绑扎。在合肥农垦大厦施工中,我们提出二层柱筋一次配制,实践证明:这种方法施工进度快,经济效益显著。农垦大厦结构为框剪体系。地面以上建筑20层,标准层高3.2米,框架柱4×12根,配筋4φ28+12φ25。一、施工组织农垦大厦使用的φ28、φ25钢筋长度为7米,此种钢筋可焊性差,为了充分利用原材,避免焊接,我们将二层柱筋一次配制。施工前,我们编制了施工方案,将施工程序、工种配合、质量安全等要求对工人交底,明确职责:然后先在四层结构进行试验。试脸表明:二层柱筋一次制作,不影响砼浇筑,支模和梁板钢筋绑扎。接着,我们便在五层结构开始推广。二、施工方法在塔吊吊运复盖区域内留置一块场地作钢筋加工之用。工地上配备一个钢筋班,该班利用支模和砼浇筑
At present, in the construction of high-rise and multi-layer structures, column bars are usually formulated and bound in layers. In the construction of Hefei Land Reclamation Building, we proposed the preparation of two-story column bars. Practice has proved that this method has a fast construction progress and significant economic benefits. The structure of the farm building is frame-shear system. 20 floors above the ground, with a standard height of 3.2 meters, 4 x 12 frame columns, and 4φ28 + 12φ25 reinforcement. First, the length of construction steel bars for φ28 and φ25 used in the construction site is 7 meters. This kind of steel has poor weldability. In order to make full use of the original materials and avoid welding, we will prepare two-layer column bars once. Before the construction, we prepared a construction plan and asked the workers to meet the requirements of the construction procedures, work types, and quality and safety, and defined the responsibilities: then first test the four-story structure. The test face shows that the production of two-layer column bars does not affect the pouring of the concrete, the support of the molds and the reinforcement of the steel plate slabs. Then, we began to promote the five-tier structure. Second, the construction method in the tower crane hoisting and covering the area for a rebar processing purposes. The site is equipped with a steel bar, which is cast using molds and gongs.
