采用脉冲气体放电可以实现连续波氧碘化学激光器的脉冲化输出来获得高峰值功率。提出了面阵滑闪火花预电离电极结构并解决了大体积辉光放电问题。将这个电极结构应用到脉冲氧碘激光器中,获得了单脉冲能量为4.4 J,脉宽为58μs,峰值功率为75 kW的脉冲激光。脉冲峰值功率与连续波平均功率之比为63。研究了发生器的Pτ和输出耦合镜透射率对激光特性的影响。
The pulsed gas discharge can be used to achieve the pulsating output of continuous-wave oxygen-iodine chemical laser to obtain high peak power. The structure of stripe sparking spark pre-ionization electrode was proposed and the problem of large volume glow discharge was solved. The electrode structure was applied to a pulsed oxygen-iodine laser to obtain a pulsed laser with a single pulse energy of 4.4 J, a pulse width of 58 μs and a peak power of 75 kW. The ratio of pulse peak power to continuous wave average power is 63. The influence of the generator Pτ and the output coupling mirror transmittance on the laser characteristics was investigated.
