对宝钢高炉喷涂造衬实绩和在喷涂造衬方面的生产操作技术进行了总结。着重阐述了喷涂造衬在喷涂施工、喷涂后高炉初期的维护、喷涂后高炉的炉型管理三方面的主要经验。宝钢高炉喷涂实践表明,喷涂对提升高炉利用系数作用有限,但对于改善炉役后期的炉况和部分技术指标(如提高煤比、降低总焦比和燃料比等)非常有效;生产中降料线喷涂的高炉生产指标的改善能维持12个月以上,而利用快速大修进行炉体喷涂的高炉,在生产24个月后仍能保持良好的操作炉型。
This paper summarizes the performance of spraying lining lining of Baosteel blast furnace and the production operation technique in spray lining. Emphatically elaborated the main experience of spray lining in spraying construction, initial maintenance of blast furnace after spraying and blast furnace furnace management after spraying. The practice of blast furnace blasting in Baosteel shows that spray coating has a limited effect on improving blast furnace utilization factor, but it is very effective for improving the furnace condition and some technical indicators (such as increasing coal ratio, reducing total coke ratio and fuel ratio) Improvements in wireline blast furnace production can be maintained for more than 12 months, while blast furnaces using rapid overhauls for furnace coating maintain good operating furnaces 24 months after production.
