一、引言我国专利法实施以来,极大地调动了我国广大科技人员和群众发明创造的积极性,强烈地吸引了世界各国的发明人。在机械领域中,从国际专利分类表(IPC)中的机械工程(F类)和作业机械(B类)来看,1985年至1990年发明和实用新型专利的累积申请量F类为18817件,占发明和实用新型申请总量的12％,B类累积申请量为28459件,占发明和实用新型申请总量的18.2％。两者总和已达47276件,占发明和实用新型申请总量的30.2％。也就是说,在我国的发明和实用新型专利申请中每10件中就有3件是机械类的申请。从具体门
