本文对与塑性加工有关的成形规律作了介绍与分析,指出其各自的优缺点,其中着重分析了С.И.古布金对最小阻力定律提法上存在的缺点,并对本文作者提出的应变顺序与应力顺序相对应规律从塑性理论角度进行了论证,还对最小阻力定律的正文提出修改建议。文章指出,应变顺序与应力顺序相对应规律是以增量理论(亦称流动理论)为基础,在应力顺序不变条件下成形规律的表达形式,修正后的最小阻力定律是应变顺序与应力顺序相对应规律在三向压应力条件下的特殊表达形式。本文给出了平面应力状态诸压力加工工序在Mises屈服椭圆及Tresca六边形上的部位及应力分区。还给出三向应力状态下Mies圆柱上的应力分区及与三对应的部分成形工序。
In this paper, the forming rules related to plastic processing are introduced and analyzed, and their respective advantages and disadvantages are pointed out.
