采用常规的P-RCAPMP制浆工艺,在化学预处理和两段磨浆前使用新型的纤维改性酶混合物对桉木木片进行了预浸渍处理。木片浸渍和制浆过程在美国某中试车间进行。在固定化学品用量和浆料游离度条件下,酶处理可以使磨浆能耗至少降低24%。结果表明,在碱性过氧化氢机械浆制浆系统中使用酶处理,可以显著降低磨浆能耗并获得高质量的机械浆。
The conventional P-RCAPMP pulping process was used to pre-dip eucalyptus wood chips using a novel fiber-modified enzyme blend prior to chemical pretreatment and two-stage refining. Wood chips impregnation and pulping process in a pilot plant in the United States. Enzymatic treatment can reduce refining energy consumption by at least 24% with constant chemical loading and slurry freeness. The results show that the use of enzymatic treatment in an alkaline hydrogen peroxide mechanical pulp pulping system can significantly reduce refining energy consumption and obtain high quality mechanical pulp.
