采用盆栽试验,研究了花生不同连作年限土壤酶活性的变化及与土壤有效养分、花生总干物重和荚果产量的相关。结果表明,随着连作年限的增加,土壤中的碱性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶等水解酶的活性均随之降低,连作3年,碱性磷酸酶活性降低29.3%,蔗糖酶降低12.7%,脲酶降低9.8%。连作对过氧化氢酶的活性影响不大,不同连作年限间提高和降低均不超过5%。碱性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶等水解酶的活性与土壤中的N、K、Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn等速效养分含量呈正相关,播种前的活性与P、K、Zn含量的相关系数达显著或极显著水平;收获后的活性与花生总干物重和荚果产量多呈极显著正相关。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the changes of soil enzyme activities and the correlations between soil available nutrients, total dry matter weight of peanut and pod yield in different continuous cropping years. The results showed that the activities of alkaline phosphatase, sucrase, urease and other hydrolases in the soil decreased with the increase of continuous cropping years. The activities of alkaline phosphatase decreased by 29.3% and sucrase decreased 12.7%, urease decreased by 9.8%. Continuous cropping had little effect on the activity of catalase and did not increase or decrease by more than 5% in different continuous cropping years. The activities of alkaline phosphatase, sucrase, urease and other hydrolases were positively correlated with available nutrients such as N, K, Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn in soils. The correlation coefficients between pre-sowing activity and contents of P, K and Zn Reaching significant or extremely significant level. The post-harvest activity had a very significant and positive correlation with the total dry matter weight and pod yield of peanut.
