采用四唑盐比色法(MTT)、3H-TdR掺入试验、细胞大小测定的图象分析等方法,观察不同浓度牛血浆纤维粘连蛋白(FM)和人工合成肽段(RGDS,40μg/ml)对体外培养的人牙髓细胞的影响。FN(20、40μg/ml)可促进牙髓成纤维细胞增殖、刺激细胞DNA合成,FN(10、80μg/ml)、RGDS(40μg/ml)和空白组对牙髓细胞无上述效应。4种浓度FN和RGDS(40μg/ml)均使牙髓细胞处于伸展状态,支持细胞的粘附。说明FN可促进牙髓细胞增殖,并可通过整合素受体调节细胞与基质之间的联系。
