我院自1988年以来共收治阴茎巨型尖锐湿疣三例,现报告如下: 临床资料:年龄分别为32、51、58岁,均为农民,已婚,都否认有冶游史。病程4月～1年3月,其中1例入院前三个月在基层医院行“阴茎小肿瘤”切除术,术后不久肿牧复发并迅猛发展。3例均诉发病过程有明显局部搔痒感,2例在发病早期已出现排尿困难表现。1例包茎,2例包皮过长。阴茎肿物直径分别为4、5.5、4cm:呈灰白或灰黄色,菜花状,表面有坏死溃疡灶,恶臭。三例均有腹股沟淋巴结肿大。术前均被诊断为阴茎癌,行阴茎部分切除+腹股沟淋巴结活检术,3例病理检查报告均
