目的:观察熟地寄生壮骨方对大鼠创伤性骨关节炎模型的影响,探讨其抗炎及保护软骨作用。方法:采用创伤性膝骨关节炎大鼠模型,切取病变膝关节制备膝关节匀浆液,测定给药前后一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)的含量;病变膝关节组织病理切片,按Mankin骨关节炎组织分类法进行评分。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠膝关节NO、TNF-α含量显著增大,大鼠膝骨关节Mankin评分值显著增大;与模型组比较,熟地寄生壮骨方各组NO、TNF-α含量均明显减小,大鼠膝骨关节Mankin评分值均明显减小。结论:熟地寄生壮骨方能降低创伤性骨关节炎模型大鼠膝关节NO、TNF-α含量及改善其软骨形态,达到控制炎症及保护软骨的目的。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Recipe Zhuji Recipe on traumatic osteoarthritis in rats and its anti-inflammatory and protective effects on cartilage. Methods: The knee joint of diseased knee joint was prepared by traumatic knee osteoarthritis rat model, and the content of nitric oxide (NO) and tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a) Histopathological sections were graded according to the Mankin Osteoarthritis Tissue Classification. Results: Compared with the blank group, the content of NO and TNF-α in the knee joint of the model group was significantly increased, while the Mankin score of the knee joint in the model group was significantly increased. Compared with the model group, NO, TNF -α content were significantly reduced, the knee knee joint Mankin scores were significantly reduced. Conclusion: Rehmanniae Decoction can reduce the content of NO and TNF-α in the knee joints of traumatic osteoarthritis rats and improve the cartilage morphology, so as to control the inflammation and protect the cartilage.
