以含有镧铈混合稀土和石墨烯的金属复合粉末作为熔敷材料,对小型齿轮Cr12Mo V精冲模具进行了激光熔敷处理,并对激光熔敷层的显微组织、物相组成以及模具的耐磨损性能和模具寿命进行了分析。分析结果表明,激光熔敷层组织均匀细小,由γ(Ni)相、Ni Ti相、WC相、W_2C相、Co_3W_3C相、Co相和石墨烯组成;激光熔敷处理使模具耐磨性和使用寿命得到明显提高。
The metal composite powder containing lanthanum cerium mixed rare earth and graphene was used as the welding material, and the micro-gear Cr12Mo V fine blanking die was subjected to laser cladding treatment.
