本文提出了用一套数字存储示波器和PIN光电二极管组成的测试系统的设计思想,继而以重复频率为20 Hz的激光脉冲为例提供了设计方案。该系统能同时测量重复频率为20 Hz的激光脉冲的脉宽和能量。在有效地解决光电信号转换、数据传输及数据处理等技术问题的基础上,可同时实时测试更高重复频率的序列激光脉冲宽度和单脉冲能量值
This paper presents the design of a test system consisting of a digital storage oscilloscope and a PIN photodiode, followed by a design example of a laser pulse with a repetition frequency of 20 Hz. The system can simultaneously measure the pulse width and energy of a laser pulse with a repetition frequency of 20 Hz. On the basis of effectively solving the technical problems of photoelectric signal conversion, data transmission and data processing, it is possible to simultaneously test real-time laser pulse widths and single-pulse energy values with higher repetition rates
