随着我国全方位对口支援新疆建设和发展,有越来越多的新疆少数民族大学生进入内地高校学习,其在内地高校中的适应性问题尤为突出。本文通过访谈法对天津高校的新疆少数民族大学生的适应性进行了质性研究,研究表明,影响新疆少数民族大学生社会适应的因素主要有:语言障碍、文化冲突和社会偏差。进而从适应良好少数民族大学生中发现能有效改善不适应状况的方法有:提高汉语水平、人际交往沟通、正确认知和获得学校支持。在此基础上我们对个人和学校提供了针对性建议。
As all-round counterparts in our country support the construction and development of Xinjiang, more and more Xinjiang ethnic minority students have entered the universities in the Mainland to study. Their adaptability to universities and colleges in the Mainland is particularly prominent. This paper conducts a qualitative research on the adaptability of the Xinjiang college students to the minority students through interviews. The research shows that the main factors that affect the social adaptation of the minority college students in Xinjiang are language barrier, cultural conflict and social deviation. And then from the well-adapted minority college students found that can effectively improve the state of maladaptation: improve the level of Chinese, interpersonal communication, correct understanding and access to school support. On this basis, we provide targeted advice to individuals and schools.
