通过分析带式烧结机台车的运行状态,找到其速度不均匀产生的原因,提出星轮的变齿距设计.根据台车列辊轮轮距的交替变化,确定星轮相隔布置的两类齿距和偶数齿数.将啮合原理与星轮同辊轮啮合的具体工况相结合,推导出星轮的基本齿廓曲线方程.此外台车运行时需要转弯,建立分段的星轮实际齿廓曲线,并将该分段曲线用统一方程表达.由此设计制造了双联轮齿和星轮体,并成功应用于生产现场,台车速度的不均性基本消除.
