目的:测定南京地区健康成人经口呼出气中NO(FENO)和经鼻呼出气中NO(NNO)的含量,得到相应的参考值范围并分析其影响因素,为哮喘、变应性鼻炎等呼吸系统疾病的防治提供理论依据。方法:南京地区182例健康成人,采用便携式瑞典耐尔斯NO测定系统,分别测定FENO和NNO含量,进而采用多元线性回归分析法,研究性别、年龄、身高、BMI对检测结果的影响。结果:①健康成人FENO含量为(17±7)ppb(1ppb=10-9),95%可信区间为(16~18)ppb;NNO含量为(79±35)ppb,95%可信区间为(74~84)ppb。②FENO含量(Y)与受试者年龄(X1)、身高(X2,cm)呈正相关,回归方程:Y=-65.784+0.102 X1+0.442 X2,均P<0.05。受试者性别、BMI、测量时间对FENO含量无显著影响(均P>0.05)。③健康成人NNO含量与年龄、性别、身高、BMI、测量时间以及鼻腔左右侧别均无显著相关性(均P>0.05)。结论:经口、鼻检测NO含量,操作简单、依从性好、灵敏度高,作为一种无创性临床检测手段,其正常参考值受受试者年龄、身高等因素的影响。
Objective: To determine the content of NO (FENO) and NO (NNO) in nasal exhaled breath of healthy adults in Nanjing, and to get the corresponding reference value range and analyze the influencing factors, such as asthma and allergic rhinitis System disease prevention and control to provide a theoretical basis. Methods: A total of 182 healthy adults in Nanjing were enrolled in this study. The portable Swedish Niles NO system was used to determine the contents of FENO and NNO respectively. Then the effects of sex, age, height and BMI on the test results were studied by multivariate linear regression analysis. RESULTS: ① The FENO content of healthy adults was (17 ± 7) ppb (1 ppb = 10-9), the 95% confidence interval was (16-18) ppb, the NNO content was 79 ± 35 ppb, 95% confidence interval For (74 ~ 84) ppb. The content of FENO (Y) was positively correlated with the age (X1) and height (X2, cm) of the subjects. The regression equation was Y = -65.784 + 0.102 X1 + 0.442 X2, both P <0.05. Subject gender, BMI, measurement time had no significant effect on FENO content (all P> 0.05). ③Non content in healthy adults had no significant correlation with age, gender, height, BMI, measurement time and left and right nasal cavity (all P> 0.05). Conclusion: The content of NO in oral and nasal specimens is simple, the compliance is good and the sensitivity is high. As a noninvasive means of clinical examination, the normal reference value is influenced by the age, height and other factors.
