目的 建立反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定蛇床子药材中蛇床子素的含量的方法。方法 采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱Diamonsil(TM) 钻石C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(75∶25),检测波长325nm。结果 蛇床子素在0.288~1.440μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9990;本法精密度高,RSD=0.43;重现性好,RSD=1.41;回收率为97.38% ,RSD=1.11。结论 本方法可以精确测定蛇床子中蛇床子素的含量。
Objective To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method for the determination of osthol in Cnidium monnieri. Methods Diamonsil(TM) diamond C18 column with octadecylsilane bonded silica column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water(75∶25). The detection wavelength was 325nm. The results showed that the osthol had a good linearity in the range of 0.288~1.440μg, r=0.9990. The precision of this method was high, RSD=0.43, good reproducibility, RSD=1.41; The rate is 97.38% with RSD=1.11. Conclusion This method can accurately determine the content of osthole in Cnidium monnieri.
