采用中试试验装置对低浓度低聚木糖溶液的分离浓缩进行中试试验,比较研究聚酰胺类纳滤和反渗透两种膜技术的效果。试验结果表明,纳滤在分离浓缩效率和操作成本上均要优于反渗透。并在此基础上确定了纳滤膜分离浓缩低聚木糖溶液的最佳工艺操作条件:温度37℃、流量1 235 L/h、压力0.8 MPa,低聚木糖溶液可从初始可溶性固形物含量为2°Bx被浓缩至7.52°Bx。纳滤浓缩工艺具有能耗低、成本低的优势,且不会对环境造成任何污染,显示出极佳的经济和社会效益。该研究为低聚木糖溶液膜浓缩技术的应用研究提供了良好的参考依据。
Pilot plant was used to test the separation and concentration of low concentration xylo-oligosaccharide solution. The effects of polyamide nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membrane technology were comparatively studied. The test results show that the nanofiltration in the separation and concentration efficiency and operating costs are better than reverse osmosis. On this basis, the optimum technological conditions for the separation of concentrated xylo-oligosaccharide solution by nanofiltration were determined: the temperature was 37 ℃, the flow rate was 1 235 L / h, and the pressure was 0.8 MPa. The xylo-oligosaccharide solution was extracted from the initial soluble solids The content of 2 ° Bx was concentrated to 7.52 ° Bx. Nanofiltration enrichment process with low energy consumption, low cost advantages, and will not cause any pollution to the environment, showing excellent economic and social benefits.
