为满足珊溪水利枢纽工程施工需要 ,1996年在坝区布设了Ⅱ等施工控制网。为检测控制网的稳定性 ,分别于 1997、1998年对该网进行了复测 ,复测资料均满足规定要求。根据 3a观测资料 ,对控制网稳定性进行分析 ,认为该网存在不稳定因素 ,问题主要有两点 :①该网建立后 1a时间内有变动 ,未进行一定时间的稳定期就进行首次值观测 ;②该网中第 2点建立在山坡上 ,加上随后施工中的大面积开挖 ,具有不稳定因素。因此建立施工控制网应注意 :①控制网点建立完毕后 ,应经过一定时期稳定后再进行首次值观测 ;②控制网点应选在稳定可靠具有良好基础条件的山体上 ,个别控制点被破坏后应能及时恢复。
