目的:从蛋白质表达水平观察中药方剂右归饮对老年小鼠生理性肾虚证动物模型的影响。方法:将昆明系雄性小鼠随机分为老年肾虚证模型组、右归饮(5.6 g.kg-1,1次/d连续ig 2个月)组与青年正常对照组3组,对其肝、肾、睾丸组织蛋白质提取液及血清分别进行蛋白质双向电泳并对电泳图谱进行分析,找出右归饮调节纠正的蛋白质,进行质谱分析鉴定和Western-blot验证。结果:找到右归饮调节纠正的蛋白质点22个,质谱鉴定出17种蛋白质。结论:找到并鉴定了右归饮对老年小鼠生理性肾虚证动物模型调节纠正的17种蛋白质。
Objective: To observe the effects of Youguiyin, a traditional Chinese medicine, on the animal model of physiological deficiency kidney of aged mice from the protein expression level. Methods: Male Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups: old kidney deficiency syndrome model group, Yougui Yin (5.6 g.kg-1, l times / d continuous ig for 2 months) group and youth normal control group , Kidney, testicular tissue protein extracts and serum proteins were two-dimensional electrophoresis and electrophoresis patterns were analyzed to identify Youguiyin regulate the correct protein, identified by mass spectrometry and Western-blot validation. RESULTS: Twenty-two protein spots were found corrected by Right-Guinness Adjustment, and 17 proteins were identified by mass spectrometry. Conclusion: The 17 proteins of Yougui Yin in regulating the animal models of physiological Kidney Deficiency of aged mice were found and identified.
