目的探索猪小肠移植模型中的技术改进。方法建立20例猪小肠移植模型,在血管吻合技术、消化道重建方面进行了改进。结果在没有应用免疫抑制剂的情况下,有90%的动物术后生存时间超过72h,且吻合口瘘、肠梗阻等并发症发生率低。结论我们在血管吻合技术、消化道重建方面的技术改进能有效简化手术操作,减少术后可能的并发症,可为临床移植或实验研究提供帮助。
Objective To explore the technical improvements in piglet intestinal transplantation model. Methods Twenty cases of piglet small bowel transplantation were established and the methods of vascular anastomosis and digestive tract reconstruction were improved. Results In the absence of immunosuppressive agents, 90% of the animals survived more than 72 hours after operation, and the incidence of anastomotic leakage and intestinal obstruction was low. Conclusion Our technical improvements in vascular anastomosis and digestive tract reconstruction can effectively simplify the operation and reduce the possible postoperative complications, which may be helpful for clinical transplantation or experimental study.
