1 Regional Geological Background The Ningwu basin is located at the northern margin of the Yangtze plate and near the jointing zone between the Yangtze plate and the North China plate (Zhai Yusheng, 1992). Ning Wu basin is a succession of fault depression volcanic basin, the development of a marine or continental sedimentary rock (Ning Wu research project preparation group, 1978). Volcanic rock is the main rock formation in the area. The formations beneath the volcanic rocks consist of the gypsum salt of the Central Zhouchecun Formation of the Triassic, the sandstone of the Huangmaqing Formation, the middle-lower Jurassic sandstone of the Xiangshan Group, and the glutenite of the Upper Yokoyama Formation. The Mesozoic continental facies volcanic rocks formed in the Early Cretaceous (Zhou Taofa, 2010). The corresponding stratigraphic units divided by volcanic activity from the bottom up are the Longwangshan Formation, the Dawangshan Formation, the Gushan Formation,
