所谓快速共乘车道,就是美国政府为鼓励民众多人共乘一辆汽车上下班而开设的。搭顺风车完全是两厢情愿,没有任何金钱关系的事情。自20世纪70年代共乘车道开通后不久,人们就创造了这种互利互助、低碳环保的交通模式,同时还有一套建立在自觉遵守基础上的规范。1.先来的先上车,还有权选择坐前排还是后排。2.除了说一声“谢谢”之外,搭车人不要先起话题,因为搭顺风车不是交朋友。3.即使开车的愿意讲话,话题也别与宗教、政治有关。
