目的:确定参葛颗粒中炒白术、片姜黄挥发油的提取及β-环糊精包合工艺。方法:以挥发油提取率为指标,采用正交试验设计,对水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油的工艺参数如浸泡时间、加水量、提取时间进行优化;以挥发油包合率为指标,用正交试验对挥发油研磨法包合工艺进行优选。结果:挥发油提取工艺为:浸泡时间为0 h,加6倍量水,提取8 h;挥发油包合的最佳工艺为:挥发油∶β-CD为1∶8,加3倍量水,研磨40 min。结论:该工艺可用于参葛颗粒中炒白术、片姜黄挥发油的提取及包合。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the extraction of Volatile Oil from Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Rhizoma Curcumae in Shenge Granules and β-cyclodextrin inclusion process. Methods: Taking the extraction rate of volatile oil as an index, orthogonal design was used to optimize the process parameters of extraction of volatile oil by steam distillation, such as immersion time, water addition and extraction time. Using the inclusion rate of volatile oil as an index, Volatile oil grinding method inclusion process is preferred. Results: The extraction process of volatile oil was as follows: the soaking time was 0 h, adding 6 times the amount of water and extracting for 8 h; the optimal process of inclusion of volatile oil was as follows: volatile oil: β-CD was 1: 8, min. Conclusion: This technology can be used for the extraction and inclusion of Volatile Oil of Rhizoma Curcumae in Ginseng Granule.
