推荐一种制取细微α—Fe_2O_3粉料的方法,对它的气敏性质作了初步探讨,证明α—Fe_2O_3虽然是稳定相,但制成细微粒子加以掺杂后,在300℃左右也能发生下列反应:3α—Fe_2O_3+H_2→2Fe_3O_4+H2O,制得的气敏元件对H_2有较高的灵敏度。
A method of preparing fine α-Fe_2O_3 powder is recommended. The gas-sensing properties of α-Fe_2O_3 powder are also discussed. It is proved that α-Fe_2O_3 is a stable phase. However, when it is made into fine particles, it can be doped at about 300 ℃ The following reaction occurs: 3α-Fe_2O_3 + H_2 → 2Fe_3O_4 + H2O, the gas sensor obtained has a higher sensitivity to H_2.
