采用LsAB免疫组比方法,检测了连续23例新鲜的食管鳞癌手术标本中癌组织P53蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和正常食管粘膜上皮P53蛋白的表达。全组病例中癌组织P53蛋白表达的阳性率为73.9%,过度表达为47.8%,同一病人配对的正常食管粘膜上皮P53蛋白表达阳性率78.3%,过度表达为4.3%。癌组织和正常粘膜上皮P53蛋白表达的强度高峰位置呈右移现象,前者的强度高峰在位置上,后者则在±位置上。癌组织中PCNA呈100%的表达,过度表达为52.2%。食管鳞癌P53蛋白过度表达与肿瘤分级有统计学上的显著性意义,但与肿瘤分期无统计学显著性意义,PCNA的过度表达与肿瘤分级、分期没有统计学上的显著性意义(P>0.05).本研究提示,食管鳞癌之P53蛋白表达高于其他肿瘤,其临床意义和应用价值可能更大,P53蛋白和PCNA的表达没有相关关系(rs=0.1232,P>0.o5)。
The expression of P53 protein, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and P53 protein in normal esophageal mucosal epithelium in 23 consecutive specimens of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were detected by LsAB immunohistochemistry. The positive rate of P53 protein expression in cancer tissue was 73.9% in the whole group and overexpression was 47.8%. The positive rate of P53 protein expression in the normal esophageal mucosal epithelium paired with the same patient was 78.3%. The overexpression was 4.3. %. The peak intensity of P53 protein expression in cancerous tissues and normal mucosal epithelium shifted to the right. The peak intensity of the former was at the position and the latter was at the ± position. The expression of PCNA in cancer tissue was 100%, and overexpression was 52.2%. The overexpression of P53 protein and tumor grading in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were statistically significant, but it was not statistically significant with tumor stage. There was no statistically significant difference between PCNA overexpression and tumor grading and staging. 0.05).
