随着生活水平的提高,西洋参的市场需要量也不断增加.由于其价格较高,许多不法商家通过造假技术进行冒充,以换取高额利润,也给广大西洋参消费群众造成巨大的损失.为了杜绝此类不法现象,笔者根据自己的经验及文献资料,对西洋参真伪的鉴别方式进行阐述.
