聚酰胺46合成工艺研究

以丁二胺、己二酸为原料,经过成盐、预聚、后聚3个步骤得到黏均分子质量为40 000左右的聚酰胺46(PA46),并详细考察了PA46盐p H、预聚温度、压力对预聚物分子质量的影响,以及预聚物颗粒粒径、后聚温度、时间对后聚物分子质量的影响。通过FT-IR及DSC熔点对所得产物进行了表征,结果表明,所得产物即为PA46。实验所得PA46分子质量较高,聚合工艺条件较为温和,对我国PA46工业化生产具有一定的指导意义。 Polyamide 46 (PA46) with molecular weight of about 40 000 was obtained by salt formation, prepolymerization and polycondensation in three steps using butanediamine and adipic acid as raw materials. The effects of PA46 salt p H, pretreatment The effect of temperature and pressure on the molecular weight of the prepolymer, as well as the influence of the prepolymer particle size, post-polymerization temperature and time on the molecular weight of the prepolymer were investigated. The obtained product was characterized by FT-IR and DSC melting point, the results show that the resulting product is PA46. The experimental results show that the molecular weight of PA46 is higher, and the polymerization process conditions are more gentle, which is of guiding significance to the industrial production of PA46 in our country.
