目的探讨女大学生社会支持与社会适应性的关系。方法用《领悟社会支持量表》和《大学生社会适应性量表》对南昌市278名女大学生进行问卷调查,并用SPSS11.5进行数据整理和相关分析。结果 1女大学生社会支持与学习和考试负担适应性存在显著正相关(r=0.141,P<0.05),与人际交往适应性存在显著正相关(r=0.252,P<0.01);2女大学生社会支持与社会适应相关显著(r=0.152,P<0.01);3女大学生社会支持与社会适应的回归效果显著(F=60.736,P<0.05)。结论社会支持系统是影响女大学生社会适应的重要心理因素。
Objective To explore the relationship between female college students’ social support and social adaptability. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 278 female undergraduates in Nanchang with “Perceived Social Support Scale” and “Social Adaptability Scale for Undergraduates”, and SPSS11.5 was used for data collation and correlation analysis. Results There was a significant positive correlation between female college students’ social support and adaptation to study and examination burden (r = 0.141, P <0.05), and there was a significant positive correlation with interpersonal adaptability (r = 0.252, P <0.01) Support was significantly associated with social adaptation (r = 0.152, P <0.01). The regression of social support and social adaptation among 3 female college students was significant (F = 60.736, P <0.05). Conclusion Social support system is an important psychological factor that affects female college students’ social adaptation.
