我国公务员制度的不断完善,使得越来越多的女性加入到了公务员队伍当中,这在提高女性社会地位、促进男女平等和推动社会发展等方面都起到了积极作用。本文以女性公务员为例进行研究,发现我国女性公务员职业生涯发展过程中存在着发展结构不合理、职业生涯发展存在中断期和多种角色冲突的问题。对此本文从社会、政府和女性自身方面出发,分三个方面提出了促进女性公务员职业生涯顺利发展的相关建议。
The continuous improvement of the civil service system in our country has led more and more women to join the ranks of civil servants. This has played a positive role in raising the social status of women, promoting gender equality and promoting social development. This paper studies the female civil servants as an example and finds that there are problems in the process of career development of Chinese female civil servants such as irrational development structure, interruption of career development and conflicts of various roles. This article from the social, government and women themselves, in three aspects put forward to promote the smooth development of women’s civil servants career related recommendations.
