目的观察应用双侧推进错位皮瓣修复红唇口哨唇畸形的可行性和效果。方法自2005年12月—2009年8月选择年龄为6～32岁的红唇口哨唇畸形的患者52例,行双侧推进错位皮瓣修复。结果 52例患者术后7d,手术切口均甲级愈合,黏膜瓣存活良好,形态外形满意,随访4个月～4a,形态无明显变化。结论应用双侧推进错位皮瓣修复红唇口哨唇畸形是可行的且较理想的手术方法 。
Objective To observe the feasibility and effect of applying bilateral propulsion dislocation flaps to repair lip labia deformity of lips. Methods From Dec. 2005 to Aug. 2009, 52 patients with lip-deformity lip deformities of 6 ~ 32 years old were selected and repaired with bilateral advancing dislocation flaps. Results In 52 patients, the surgical incision healed with grade A and the mucosal flap survived 7 days after operation. The morphology and appearance were satisfactory. No significant changes were observed in morphology after 4 months to 4 years follow-up. Conclusions The application of bilateral propulsion dislocation flaps in the repair of labial lip whistling deformity is a feasible and ideal surgical method.
